All applicants must have a combined income of 3x the monthly rent. Example: Rent is $1000/month = Monthly income of $3000 gross
Criminal and Eviction History
Felonies, violent related misdemeanors or sex crimes are
not
accepted. Misdemeanor records may be reviewed. Prior evictions are not accepted at this time.
